Reduce downtime and save material with the OMAX Vacuum Clog Sensor. The Vacuum Clog Sensor automatically pauses your OMAX abrasive waterjet system when an abrasive flow clog is detected. Without the sensor, the waterjet continues cutting with water only when a clog happens, potentially damaging the material and contaminating the entire abrasive delivery system. With the Vacuum Clog Sensor, the waterjet operator can immediately rectify the issue and clear the clog, getting the machine back up and running quickly.

The abrasive clog vacuum sensor automatically monitors the flow of abrasive material from the abrasive feed tube to the nozzle. When a clog is sensed in the abrasive feed tube, the LED switch illuminates and pauses the machine.

Sensor screen displays green numbers while machine is cutting, and switches to red when not cutting or a clog occurs, providing a visual reference of machine status.
